Joe is the Principal of Native Development Group. Over a 33-year career he has developed and managed the construction of more than 20 million square feet of industrial, office and special-use facilities — experience gained at Trammell Crow Company, Crescent Communities and TPA Group. He holds the CCIM designation, is a licensed Georgia real estate broker and an inactive CPA, and earned degrees in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University.
His work spans tenants including FedEx, Home Depot, Amazon, GSA, Morgan Stanley (E*Trade) and Vanderlande, alongside capital partners such as Manulife, Principal Financial Group and Crow Family Holdings.
Since its founding, Native Development Group has delivered ground-up investment and project management across Georgia and Florida — handling entitlements, budgeting, contractor selection, active development management, reporting and capitalization, and serving its partners, customers and investors with the highest degree of service and integrity.
